Lesson Learned

My communication skill has very much improved after the project. It takes both hard skills and soft skills in order to have projects deployed smoothly. I have to be precise with my questions when collaborating with other senior developers, on the other hand, I have to avoid using jargon when I present the outcome to the managers and the directors.

Coding my own design is a really great exercise for both sharpening my design skill and CSS knowledge. As I switch my position between designer and developer, looking at things from different perspectives often makes me dive deep into the problems until I've got the best or most creative solution out there.
